So I have an idea... However I checked on US patents of anything like this.... and found 1 sorta like it.... but not lol.... Theirs is a different design with some of the same attributes, and on a smaller scale. The patent is from 1992... 1993 and 1995 and stay status is paid... But nothing since then.. Can I patent My idea here in Canada still, and if it is different enough that theirs can i patent over theirs in US still?
