Way cool EN! Another great search opportunity!
Wow!! What a fun looking search!!!
I love roller coasters and have scribbled ideas down over the years while waiting in line. Time to go over my notebooks, will be fun.
Way to be productive while in line Daniel !!! I should have done that while waiting in line to ride Steel Vengeance at Cedar Point this summer with the family...(I waited total of 4 hours that morning for them to repair and open - kids and wife went off after about 3 hours to go ride other things and I called her cell when it was testing to re-open and they sprinted back over !!). Spent three days there...but was NOT leaving without riding Steel Vengeance.

Cedar Point is my favorite but haven't been there in a couple years.

Let the countdown begin! 5 days left to submit your idea! Have you submitted your idea yet? Search closes Monday, December 17 at 11:59 PST.

Thanks for the reminder Kristina - I just got one idea in!
Who else is in this search? I'm currently in with one idea at G4.
Robert did you get G7? Also how many ideas will be presented? Good luck to all!
Alex, how many ideas that will be presented all depends on how many ideas make it through the review process.
Alex - my submission for this search is currently just at G5. As to how many ideas will presented, Derrick has the best answer - though I will add that the average number of ideas to be presented (based on what I've seen over the years) seems to be around 20.
G7 today for my single submission to this search. Interestingly, this is a re-submit of an idea that never made it past G3 in 2 or 3 other searches. That this idea made it to G7 this time illustrates a point Derrick made on another thread that it's not enough to have a great idea - it also needs the right time and the right company/search. A good reminder not to get discouraged as I might have been by multiple R4's.
Scott, How did presentations go? How many ideas are being considered? Just curious for the people at G7. Good Luck to all at aG7
Hey Alex - do you have a G7 in this search? I'm wondering if the presentation was postponed from the 21st. Usually Scott or someone from EN will give at least a quick update within a few days of a presentation.
Robert - No delay, just a booked calendar that went from presentation into three full days of round the clock meetings. Presentation went well with our cohorts at SRM, certainly a smaller pool of innovations based upon specifics/narrow focus of the search, but we have two concepts that the team is exploring further, and beginning to do some exploratory research on from manufacturing standpoint. We should have dashboards updated over next 2 days.
Thanks for the update Scott. Sounds like you've had a brutal schedule lately!
Just got an R8 today for my one submission to this SRM Idea Lab search. I'm hoping there are at least a few of you with submissions still alive in this search - good luck!
Sorry for the R8 Robert. As Robert says, hopefully someone is still alive in this one.
