Get my Invention to market

I am a first time inventor that came up with a great idea, But not sure how to go about the marketing situation. I currently have a US patent on my idea. Any pointers on what should be my next step to get my inventing out to companies?

Ryan, As I understood it, EN is an intellectual property marketing and managing company. The “next step” to get your invention out to companies is to submit you invention to EN for their reviews. And to do that, of course you will want to get to know EN, its business models, reviewing process, etc. I am really just saying the same thing as Michelle said, but in an “unofficial” manner.
