Are Safety Related Inventions Worth Pursuing

taterdog1's Avatar

I have several safety related inventions (home, work, etc.) that i feel are worthy of serious review, but i am not sure if there is a strong demand for these type ideas for new products. For this reason I am not sure if I should invest time and money on these ideas. Any and all input and opinions will be appreciated. TY

If there is a market for the safety related invention, and if it can be made at a attractive price to cost ratio, and if it is protectable with IP, then it certainly is worth pursuing.

Safety Related products need lots of testing before they go to retail. Search Edison Nation Ron Komoroski " Handi Straps" . Rons Handi Straps had a place in retail in time but never really took off. Ron knew his product inside and out and had the drive and determination like no other person I've met before.. I had many conversations with him before he passed away.. He was sharp with a monster ego for IP Protection and Edison Nation.

OMG, Gizmo, I was just re-reading some of Ron's Komoroski posts the other night.  God Bless his soul. He was amazing and he did have a clear understanding of the invention business. He would frequently provide members with a reality check for their inventions, the business, and let's not forget his thoughts on the economy!!! LOL
