Hi Yolanda,  hope you are doing well.

Is the file a large one?  I've found in the past that if it is a large file, like 2 or 3 MB's or larger then it simply takesa long time to upload.  If you don't let the upload complete and try it again, it just starts the wait time all over again.  If this is not the issue then I don't know what it might be.  Hope you get it resolved soon.

So were you able to upload the file or are you still having issues?

Hmmm.  Sounds like a file size issue to me.  I've experienced that in the past.  You're right if it doesn't show that the file uploaded, then it really didn't.  What I've done in the past is to upload the file and not touch the computer until it shows that upload has completed.  It's probably best to try to reduce the file size if possible.  Hope you eventually get the file uploaded.

hi Yolanda

Maybe Derricks idea to reduce the file size is the way to go. Can you break the file up into two or three parts?  Then you could upload video 1, video 2 and video 3.

It could be the file format that is the issue. Perhaps try changing to a different picture file format and try the upload again.

I think this happened to me and I had to refresh the page because if I tried to submit it right after I uploaded another it wouldn’t show up. That worked for me. Good luck!
