Hello

I was doing some paper disposal and found a disclosure doc from the US patent office now expired and dated back to 1993 ..I am not sure if the idea was patented but possibly still proprietary since it is a product that I am sure would be obviously discovered due to its type. Any information that can help me to go forward would be appreciated. I'd like to have it protected again if it has not been discovered. After my husband became ill and passed all effort seemed to have stopped and was forgotten until now.  Thank you
