Hi Cleve!

There is also a great blog post about how to submit an idea here.

When you submit an idea, click on "upload attachments."

A window will then open up on your computer allowing you to navigate to the file folder containing the images you'd like to add.

Select those files and click "Upload." They'll then upload to your submission.

Here are some guidelines for attaching files to your submission:

Laptop / Desktop Computers

Make sure you have the latest version of your preferred modern browser Internet Explorer 9+, Chrome, Firefox, Safari.

Verify your internet connection's speed with speedtest.net.

Anything above 1MB/s should provide a reasonable upload time depending on your file size.

When you click to upload your file, make sure you do not switch screens or minimize the browser until the upload is complete.

For Mobile Devices (iPhone, iPad, Android, etc.)

Make sure you have the latest version of Safari (iPhone and iPad) or Chrome (iPhone, iPad, Android) installed.

Make sure you are connected to either wifi or high speed LTE.

Verify your internet connection's speed with speedtest.net.

Anything above 1MB/s should provide a reasonable upload time depending on your file size.

When you click to upload your file, make sure you do not switch screens or minimize the browser until the upload is complete.

Make sure your mobile device does not go into standby mode.

If you continue to have issues, please send an email to questions@edisonnation.com and we'll help you directly.
