Prototyping has to be the best part of inventing, seeing your idea come to life. I’d imagine it as giving birth to your new born baby (not that I’d really know being a guy).

does anyone know of someone who can make a prototype in plastic for a low cost I need a plastic version of my invention made

Most of what I design is simple and maths based so I know it will work. I like to use 3d software to create the various renderings of what my product could look like. I recommend anyone to develop cad skills. I am now trying a demo version of cinema 4d. it’s a lot different from solid works and keyshot but for free it worth a look. Have a great new year all.

Considering that plastic has to be manufactured and molds have to be made {an expensive process for only one item) I would consider wood or cardboard if possible. Good Luck!
